Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a coach to drive team spirit while executing and improving our recruiting processes. As our Senior Consultant, you will oversee our team of consultants, as well as guide the team in recruiting responsibilities; understand the client company, their strategic direction, and the specifics surrounding the role we are working to fill. You will
identify the best mix of resources to source top talent to exceed client’s expectations. It is a sales based role and the environment will be extremely fast-paced. It will be essential to build and maintain relationships with both candidates and clients to ensure a strong vacancy / placement ratio is met. This will require strong client management.

Responsibilities
In this role you will be carrying out the following responsibilities:
• Develop position-specific screening questionnaires
• Identify, screen and present candidates to clients
• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment cycle process
• Leverage candidate tracking systems, including company’s internal sourcing base to ensure future searches leverage all data gathered during the process is centralized
• Negotiate and present offers and close selected candidates
• Provide excellent client management service
• Develop business and create new client relationships
• Prepare candidates for interview
• Counsel and consult with client organization’s hiring managers on current market trends and progress on orders
• Perform salary, fee, and contract negotiations with clients and candidates, where applicable
• Oversee progress on all positions being filled
• Serve as account manager to client organizations and cultivate on-going relationships
• Lead the team of our consultants by example, towards achieving target pipeline
• Develop new channels towards building a strong network of candidates and clients
• Have passion for our industry and make a significant contribution to recruitment practice development
• Participate in client meetings and ultimately in business development strategy sessions
• Show resourcefulness and find creative ways to find passive candidates
• Have the ability and desire to capitalize on advantages of social media and direct recruiting methodologies
• Coach Consultants on effective ways of conducting phone interviews for candidates to build rapport
• Mentor team on determining whether applicants fit vacancy, client’s org-n requirements and culture
• Develop and manage consultative relationship with candidates and clients
• Solicit referrals from existing recently hired placements
• Think of creative ways to get Aldelia on the radar of top Oil & Gas industry clients in the Region
• Support, challenge, and inspire our team
