Saudi market Tadawul joins GCC rally

Saudi Arabia: The Tadawul’s benchmark composite Tasi gained 0.59%, closing at a four-week high at 6,306.33 points. National Agriculture Marketing Co. Banks, insurers lift Kuwait bourse

The KSE Price or Market Index surged a quarter percent to 6,727.5 points as financial bellwether National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) gained 5.6% to KD1.500. Local Dubai bourse DFM extends rally

Driven by gains in the real estate and construction sector, the DFM Index ended two percent higher at 1,568.88 points. Shares of Arabtex surged 4.65% (closing at Dhs1.80) after Bloomberg reported that Nakheel creditors such as Arabtec are likely to sell Nakheel’s Islamic bonds or sukuk to pay bills. Doha Bank shares surge to 6-month high

Shares in Doha gained across the board, as the Qatar Exchange Index jumped 2.26% higher at 7,470.79 points. Bank stocks continued their rally as Doha Bank added 0.2%, closing at a six-month high at SR48.30. Qatar Exchange rally slows down

The Doha-located QE Index ended 0.11% higher at 7,226.15 points as insurers and industrials advanced further but to a lesser amount than during previous trading sessions. The country’s largest bank Qatar National Bank (QNB) gained half a percent, closing at QR141.10.
