• Very Good Understanding of RF Design outputs

• Auditing existing BSS networks and providing recommendations for optimization

• Good experience with Multi-vendor BSS(Preferred experience on Huawei BSS)and interop with Multi-vendor Radios

• Ability to dimension and propose IP Transmission requirements

• To verify and validate Multi-vendor BoQ, primarily Huawei BSS

• Ability to work independently on High and low level design

• Engage and co-ordinate Vendor discussions, evaluate and discuss standards based requirements

• Propose and engage 3GPP evolutionary strategies

• Basic knowledge of IP/MPLS, VPNs, VLANs

• Familiar with A-Flex and Iu-Flex implementation
