• Should be working in international big construction company and have been exposed, shared and involved deeply in bids for multi discipline projects (process plant, petrochemical, pipe lines etc.)

• Must know how to produce estimate summaries and breakdowns for various costs of (overheads, project management, site facilities, field supervision, indirect, direct, plant/engineering costs etc.).

• Must be involved in bidding of tenders of not less than 50/100 millions US Dollars/Euros or more during his experience.

• Should be able to judge any criticality or risks involved in each bid.

• Able to work with a team of Senior Estimation Engineers for different disciplines and to judge the correctness of their estimates.

• Must have knowledge of financing / insurances / cash flow etc.

• Must have excellent knowledge to help planning to produce program, and manpower histogram etc.
