Duties and responsibilities shall include, but not limited to, the following:

- To be part of delivering the sales strategy for the business as instructed by the Business Development Director;
- To provide quality account management to existing customers, ensuring that Service Level Agreements are met and the Company brand and image are both maintained and enhanced.
- To deliver sales revenue targets in line with company business objectives through actively managing sales pipelines;

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Identify business targets, define the priorities and design the Marketing and Sales Operational Plan (MSOP) for each target.
• Provide the company with market intelligence within the country to collect information on targeted projects, current projects and competitors activities.

• Be part of the mobilization team of the successful bids.

The key purpose of this role is to be responsible for the delivery of Nibras e-Learning New Business budget.
